You'll be responsible for

Maintaining customer database & billing administration

Maintain and update customer records within the CRM/ERP system. Accurately process and generate Credit Notes and Debit Notes to ensure seamless financial operations.

Updating sales analytics & dashboard stewardship

Update customer profiles, maintain sales activity dashboards, and prepare regular sales and customer reports to support commercial strategy.
📊

Generating reports & ensuring data integrity

Generate customer call reports, audit data consistency, and turn raw operational metrics into reliable insights for business leaders.

3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service.
