You'll be responsible for

Plan itineraries, book travel, and convert inquiries into bookings for customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday experience including flights, accommodation, and more.

Providing expert assistance

Assist customers with travel-related questions, from visas to travel tips, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
