Building customer relationships

Engaging with customers face-to-face and online to manage enquiries, quotes, and bookings.

Facilitating travel bookings

Managing domestic and international travel bookings and payments between travellers and suppliers.

Retail travel agency experience

Demonstrated experience in a retail travel agency setting.
