You'll be responsible for

Working full-time on-site
Engaging with customers in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade.✈️
Planning itineraries and booking travel
Converting enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email for our customers.🌍
Building a customer base
Creating relationships with new and returning customers, assisting them with all their travel needs.Key criteria
