You'll be responsible for

Planning itineraries and booking travel
Work full-time in retail stores, planning itineraries and converting enquiries into bookings for customers in person, over the phone, and via email.📈
Meeting sales targets and KPIs
Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling a complete holiday experience including flights, accommodation, and more.🌍
Providing expert travel advice
Assist customers with travel-related questions, offering insights on visas, best travel times, and packing tips.Key criteria
