You'll be responsible for

Partnering with leaders
Collaborating with regional and operational leaders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities across Queensland.📋
Facilitating training
Conducting induction and role-specific training for new team members and volunteers, assessing their competence and confidence throughout the onboarding journey.💪
Coaching and development
Providing on-the-job coaching and development support to retail leaders and team members to improve performance and capability.Key criteria
📚
Learning and development experience
Minimum 3 years in Learning and Development or related field.View

Stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.View
