You'll be responsible for
🎤
Leading webinar-led onboarding & activation
Deliver recurring onboarding webinars for SMB/Core customers, helping them configure Aircall and understand key features to reach first value quickly.📞
Providing reactive 1:1 onboarding support
Assist customers with basic configuration and best-practice guidance through ad-hoc onboarding calls to ensure smooth activation.🔍
Proactively monitoring portfolio health
Review health and usage signals weekly to identify customers needing check-ins, ensuring they stay on track without high-touch engagement.What we're looking for

Customer-facing SaaS experience (1-3 years)
Experience in onboarding, customer success, or support roles.View fit
