Leading Scrum ceremonies

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team cadence and delivery outcomes.

Coaching teams

Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices, driving continuous improvement and increasing Agile maturity across squads.

Removing impediments

Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and shield teams from external disruptions to maintain focus on sprint commitments.

Scrum Master experience

5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master.
