You'll be responsible for

Planning and conducting engineering work

Plan and conduct professional engineering work on relevant aspects of EHV/HV Secondary Systems Strategic Planning and Conceptual Design, including Protection, SCADA, Comms, and Data Networks.

Providing detailed design services

Provide detail design services on specialist engineering areas, including Protection Detailed Design, Primary Plant and Secondary Systems Equipment Specification, and Control System Detailed Design.

Checking design work

Check design work for technical accuracy and adequacy while providing technical support to Business Development, Tendering, and Operations as required.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Electrical Engineering Degree

A degree in Electrical Engineering is essential for this job.
⚡

Design and integration experience

At least 3 years of experience in design, integration, and coordination of electrical systems for high voltage power systems is required.

Strong computer skills

Proficiency in relevant Power System Protection and Automation software packages is necessary.
