This job offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and well-organised Senior Administration Officer to provide high-level business and secretariat support to the Office of the Director-General. The role is pivotal in ensuring the effective functioning of the office, delivering high-quality and confidential administrative services for the Director-General and Executive Director. You'll be responsible for

Providing confidential support

Providing confidential business and secretarial support to the Director-General and Executive Director, setting priorities and monitoring workflow in a fast-paced and sensitive working environment.
✈️

Coordinating travel arrangements

Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements for the Director-General and Executive Director, including arrangements for high-level executive meetings, internal visits, and conferences.
🤝

Building relationships

Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders through liaison with appropriate areas throughout the Department, the Office of the Minister, and other agencies.
