You'll be responsible for

Reviewing contracts

Reviewing and negotiating various contracts drafted by clients to ensure alignment with the Firm's strategy.

Client communication

Commenting on and discussing with clients any changes to the Firm's standard terms of business and engagement letter.

Collaborating with teams

Working collaboratively across legal and business service teams to maintain standards relating to client commitments.

Skills you'll need

⚖️

Legal experience

Demonstrable legal experience ideally in a global in-house commercial legal capacity.

Contract negotiation

Experience in the review and negotiation of contracts, particularly commercial contracts drafted by clients.

Interpersonal skills

Strong interpersonal skills, confident and able to liaise effectively at all levels across the firm and offices.
