Facilitating access to culturally appropriate supervision, mentoring, and peer support networks for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.🛡️
Promoting cultural safety
Promoting an understanding of the department's Cultural Safety Policy and Framework, and developing practices to enhance retention and wellbeing.📋
Collating feedback
Collating and analyzing feedback from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff to inform management about workplace culture and professional development needs.What we're looking for
