Providing access to culturally appropriate supervision, mentoring, and peer support networks for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.🏆
Promoting cultural safety
Working with leadership teams to enhance retention, wellbeing, and engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees through cultural support and advice.📊
Analyzing feedback
Collating and analyzing feedback from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff to inform recommendations for improving workplace culture and support.What we're looking for
