Providing culturally appropriate supervision, mentoring, and peer support networks to strengthen wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.🛡️
Promoting cultural safety
Utilizing communication and negotiation skills to create a safe space for discussing workplace challenges and cultural safety issues.🤝
Collaborating with leadership
Working with executive teams to enhance retention, wellbeing, and engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.What we're looking for
