The Senior Advisor, Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) is a vital position within the Brand, Digital and Communications team at the Department of Customer Service. This job focuses on creating impactful customer communications that enhance engagement with NSW Government services. You'll be responsible for

Developing eDM communications

Developing and delivering high-quality eDM communications that are customer-focused, accurate and aligned with organisational standards.
🤝

Partnering with stakeholders

Partnering with content specialists and stakeholders to develop customer-focused communications that drive engagement and support customer outcomes.

Managing campaign delivery

Managing end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, production, testing, deployment and post-campaign analysis.

eDM campaign management experience

Proven experience managing end-to-end eDM campaigns in large organisations.
