You'll be responsible for

Leading Scaled Agile

Lead and embed Scaled Agile (SAFe) ways of working across portfolios, programs, and teams to enhance delivery effectiveness.

Facilitating ceremonies

Facilitate organization-wide ceremonies such as Big Room Planning and Quarterly PI Planning to ensure alignment and collaboration.
👩‍🏫

Coaching teams

Act as a hands-on delivery coach, working directly with squads, ARTs, and leaders to uplift execution and effectiveness.

Scaled Agile implementation experience

Proven experience leading Scaled Agile implementations at scale.
