As a Senior Case Manager within the Workplace Relations team, you'll lead complex and sensitive employee relations matters while providing expert coaching and guidance to leaders. You'll be responsible for

Leading complex employee relations matters

Manage sensitive and high-risk cases including workplace misconduct, Respect@Work matters, bullying, discrimination, whistleblower complaints and mental health-related concerns.

Building leadership capability

Coach and support leaders to confidently navigate employee relations matters while ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
🌱

Mentoring and developing others

Share your expertise by supporting and guiding case managers to build capability and best practice across the team.
