You'll be responsible for

Assessing offending risk and need

Evaluating the risk and needs of incarcerated individuals to improve rehabilitation and reintegration outcomes.

Creating and enacting engagement plans tailored to individual assessments to support rehabilitation efforts.

Coordinating support activities

Organizing activities that facilitate individuals’ readiness for release and smooth transition back to the community.
