You'll be responsible for

Administering assessments

Using evidence-based tools to identify risk and needs of incarcerated individuals to promote community safety.

Developing engagement plans

Creating and updating individualized engagement plans in collaboration with incarcerated individuals and their support networks.

Facilitating transitions

Coordinating activities to ensure a smooth transition for individuals returning to the community.
