This job is about being a Senior Community Mental Health Professional within the Croydon Assertive Outreach team. You'll be responsible for

Providing advanced assessment and treatment

Responsible for providing advanced evidence-based, strengths focused, recovery orientated assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team.

Coordinating recovery plans

Coordinating consumers’ recovery plans where there have often been poor treatment outcomes in the past.
⚖️

Making complex clinical decisions

Responsible for complex clinical decision making, ensuring the best outcomes for consumers.

Key criteria

🧠

Relevant qualifications in therapy or social work

Possession of qualifications recognized by AHPRA or AASW.

Current NSW driver's licence

Valid licence (P1 and P2 acceptable) for community outreach.

Advanced knowledge in recovery-oriented services

Demonstrated expertise in consumer involvement and service evaluation.
