Proactively identifying fraud trends through detecting and combating emerging fraud patterns, ensuring our customers and assets are protected.📈
Analysing customer-detected fraud
Analysing customer-detected fraud and crafting new rules to prevent similar incidents, staying one step ahead of fraudsters.⚙️
Maintaining fraud detection rules
Maintaining and enhancing our fraud detection rule suite, supporting the Group Fraud Operations team with effective alert management and minimising false positives.Key criteria
