Managing CRM systems
Leading in maximising the capabilities of the Raiser’s Edge platform that supports fundraising and engagement activity, ensuring data is well structured, up to date, and easy for teams to use.🔧
Monitoring data accuracy
Monitoring and improving data accuracy, managing imports and exports, applying system rules and updates, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.📚
Providing user support
Providing guidance and training to users, helping lift capability across the team and ensuring the CRM remains a trusted source of truth for decision making.Key criteria

CRM experience
Proven experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM systems.View
