The Senior Application Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation, support, and maintenance of Liverpool City Council’s Corporate Applications. You'll be responsible for

Maintaining corporate applications

Ensuring applications are maintained to vendor requirements and industry best practices while supporting Council’s operations.

Resolving technical issues

Resolving complex technical issues and managing incidents and system changes in accordance with Council's IT Service Management procedures.

Building stakeholder relationships

Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to enhance collaboration and service delivery.

Key criteria

Tertiary qualifications in IT

Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
