The Applied AI Solutions Architecture team at AWS is on a mission to enhance customer adoption of Amazon Connect's AI capabilities. As an Applied AI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their AI journey, ensuring their implementations are production-ready. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with customer engineering teams to create impactful solutions.
You'll be responsible for

Leading technical discovery sessions
Understanding customer business requirements, contact center architecture, and AI readiness, translating these into solution designs and implementation plans.🔍
Conducting data readiness assessments
Identifying gaps and recommending remediation to establish the data foundation for AI agent tool use and responses.⚙️
Designing and configuring agentic AI solutions
Creating solutions within Amazon Connect, including multi-agent orchestration and tool integration.Key criteria
