Acting for clients
Acting for domestic and global clients across sectors spanning technology, fin-tech, health, financial services and retail.📈
Leading corporate transactions
Playing a lead role on Australian and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, and public and private capital raisings including IPOs.📝
Advising on corporate matters
Advising on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder activism and ASX listing rules.What we're looking for

5+ years of corporate law experience
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Associate in corporate law.View
📈
Equity capital markets knowledge
Familiarity with equity capital markets is desirable.View

Strong project management skills
Proven ability to lead transactions autonomously.View
