This job is about joining the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure team in Sydney as a Senior Associate, focusing on property and infrastructure matters. The opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners allows for growth in advisory and transactional work across various projects. You'll be responsible for

Advising on project documentation

Drafting and advising on all forms of project documentation, including Project Delivery Agreements, D&C contracts, EPC and O&M agreements, and PPP project documents.

Working on infrastructure projects

Working on a wide range of infrastructure projects, large scale developments, and project re-sets.
🤝

Collaborating with clients

Engaging with clients to deliver relevant, prompt, and commercially astute advice.

Skills you'll need

🏢

Real estate experience

Previous experience in real estate ideally with exposure to large scale property and infrastructure developments within a first-tier or high profile property practice.
🗣️

Communication skills

First rate written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop strong drafting and legal analysis skills.

Ability to work well with others, collaborating effectively to achieve success.
