You'll be responsible for

Conducting due diligence
Conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence on M&A transactions, IPO assignments and other ad hoc advisory projects as required for corporate and private equity clients.🗂️
Planning assignments
Planning assignments, including identifying engagement risk and determining the appropriate strategy in conjunction with Managers and Partners.📝
Preparing reports
Drafting comprehensive and succinct due diligence reports, including executive summaries.Key criteria
