You'll be responsible for

Conducting due diligence

Conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence on M&A transactions, IPO assignments and other ad hoc advisory projects as required for corporate and private equity clients.

Planning assignments

Planning assignments, including identifying engagement risk and determining the appropriate strategy in conjunction with Managers and Partners.

Preparing reports

Drafting comprehensive and succinct due diligence reports, including executive summaries.

Skills you'll need

📊

Experience in accounting environment

Significant experience in an accounting environment, with exposure to transaction due diligence and a thorough understanding of preparing and interpreting financial statements.
🗣️

Communication skills

Fluent written and spoken communication skills, as well as excellent report-writing and presentation skills.

Analytical skills

Critical thinker with analytical, logical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a high degree of commercial awareness and professional judgement.
