You'll be responsible for

Advising on workplace relations
Playing a key role advising on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, WHS, investigations, and litigation across various Courts and Tribunals.🏢
Supporting mergers and acquisitions
Providing specialist support on some of Australia's largest mergers and acquisitions.🌱
Mentoring junior staff
Nurturing and supporting junior staff to develop their brand and practice through mentorship and dedicated learning and leadership programs.Key criteria
📜
5+ years PQE experience
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Associate in law.View
⚖️
Employment law expertise
Strong background in employment law and industrial relations matters.View

Team and mentorship experience
Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.View
