This Senior Business Analyst job is all about driving transformation within ING’s Mortgages team. By defining and shaping requirements, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mortgage origination process. You'll be responsible for

Leading workshops
Leading workshops with stakeholders across the business, technology teams and external vendors to capture, analyse and document complex information.📄
Documenting requirements
Capturing, analysing and documenting requirements through workshops with Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, Service Designers, vendors and technology teams, producing artefacts such as customer journeys, process maps and user stories.🔍
Supporting testing activities
Providing ongoing business support across project and BAU teams, assisting with system/process queries and contributing to SIT and UAT activities, including defect analysis and workarounds.What we're looking for

Experience in Agile environments
Demonstrated experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall settings.View fit
