Lead workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement activities to gather input, validate requirements and build common understanding across schools, divisions and senior leaders.

Preparing documentation

Prepare feasibility assessments, use cases and business cases that clearly articulate objectives, benefits, costs and risks.
