You'll be responsible for

Complex Functional Area Ownership

Own the full analysis, functional design, delivery support, and validation lifecycle for assigned areas. Produce clear functional specifications and review delivered outputs against original intent.

Cross-squad Coordination & BRD Coherence

Identify and track dependencies across squad boundaries, surface cross-squad impacts early, and facilitate the resolution of cross-area conflicts to maintain holistic BRD coherence.
🤝

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and operational users, facilitating working sessions to elicit requirements and explicitly manage scope.

5+ years in Business Analysis within complex technology environments.
