You'll be responsible for

Investigating and resolving inquiries

Providing high levels of technical expertise to investigate, analyze, and resolve detailed and complex insurance inquiries, ensuring a superior client experience.

Supporting lead analyst

Assisting the lead analyst with coaching and guidance to ensure business objectives are met and promoting a culture of high performance.
🚀

Driving business improvements

Leading investigations and design efforts on projects/enhancements to drive business improvements in line with the Quality Framework.

Insurance product knowledge

Strong understanding of insurance and superannuation products.
