Supporting the Product Owner/Business Owner/Sponsors to ensure that business needs and solutions options are understood.

Facilitating workshops

Facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.

Ensuring shared understanding

Ensuring the product/platform/project team have a shared understanding of the requirements, through written and verbal communication.

Extensive experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office investment operations.
