About the job

The Senior Business Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Independent Review Office (IRO) by delivering advanced business analysis and technical data capabilities. This position is all about enabling evidence-based decision making and enhancing organisational performance. Working within a small, high-performing Digital and Data team, collaboration and adaptability are key as you contribute across various data disciplines.

You'll be responsible for

Designing and maintaining data pipelines

Design, develop and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines and data integration processes across Databricks and Snowflake.
📈

Building and enhancing dashboards

Build, administer and enhance Power BI datasets, dashboards and reports, ensuring performance optimisation and usability.

Translating data insights

Translate complex technical data concepts into clear, plain language insights for business stakeholders.

SQL development experience

Strong experience in SQL, including complex queries and performance optimisation.
