You'll be responsible for

Leading process discovery

Lead end-to-end process discovery and capture (AS-IS), producing clear process maps, SOPs, RACI and supporting artefacts.

Analysing processes

Analyse captured processes to identify bottlenecks, defects, risks/controls, hand-off issues and root causes, supported by data where available.
🛠️

Facilitating workshops

Plan and facilitate process workshops (discovery, validation, redesign), using structured agendas and methods to drive outcomes and decisions.

Business process analysis experience

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst focusing on improvements.

Process improvement tools knowledge

Experience applying Continuous Improvement tools like DMAIC or PDCA.

Proficient with tools like Signavio or Sparx Systems using BPMN 2.0.
