Monitoring omni-channel category performance across sales, margins, productivity, conversion, and inventory KPIs, providing insights to drive category growth and strategy execution.

Negotiating trading terms

Managing brand partnerships, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, annual brand plans, sales targets, and assortment strategies to maximize profitability.

Managing product launches

Leading end-to-end product launches, including sell-in processes, forecasting, stakeholder coordination, and launch execution across channels.
