Co-designing, implementing and embedding the change management initiatives across the AML/CTF Reforms Program to deliver sustainable Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability.

Developing change management artefacts

Co-design, develops and delivers change management artefacts e.g training materials, communication materials, publications, presentations, training sessions to support AML/CTF reforms implementation.

Evaluating change interventions

Evaluating and measuring the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage and adoption.

5+ years of change management experience

Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives in complex environments.

Proven understanding of methodologies and tools for effective change management.

Relevant bachelor's degree or higher

Educational background in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
