Managing claims portfolio
Proactively managing a portfolio of complex Group Life claims in accordance with TAL’s claims philosophy and procedures.🤝
Providing customer support
Delivering a best-in-class experience for customers and clients through regular communication and managing expectations.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working with internal and external stakeholders to gather critical information and ensure effective claims management.What we're looking for

4-6 years of claims experience
Proven experience in Group Life Insurance claims management.View fit
