The Client Delivery Executive is a vital position responsible for the daily delivery, governance, and financial performance of managed services for a government client, with a primary focus on Service Desk operations. This job plays a crucial role in ensuring that services are delivered according to contractual commitments and service levels, while fostering a collaborative environment with delivery teams and service line leadership. The team thrives on accountability, continuous improvement, and clear communication.

You'll be responsible for

Managing service delivery ownership

Overseeing day-to-day service delivery across the account, acting as the primary operational contact for the client and internal teams.

Providing service desk leadership & oversight

Directly overseeing service desk performance and managing SLAs, incident trends, and customer satisfaction.
📋

Supporting account governance & controls

Ensuring service performance, risks, and actions are tracked and managed in line with governance requirements.

NV2 security clearance

Possession of NV2 security clearance for government access.
