You'll be responsible for

Providing governance and compliance advice
Offering governance, compliance, and contractual advice to Council’s controlled entities under the direction of the Coordinator Controlled Entities.📂
Managing corporate obligations
Overseeing corporate statutory obligations for controlled entities, including ASIC lodgements and maintenance of corporate records.📑
Leading contract management activities
Leading activities related to Service and Funding Agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating documentation.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
Possession of relevant educational qualifications is essential.View
