Providing legal advice on life insurance products, policy documents, and key agreements to ensure compliance and sound business outcomes.

Guiding marketing materials

Overseeing marketing and disclosure materials to ensure they meet legal and regulatory obligations for accuracy and clarity.

Interpreting legislation

Interpreting complex financial services legislation to support informed, risk-aware decisions across the business.

Admitted solicitor in Australia

Possession of a valid legal qualification to practice in Australia.
