Plan and deliver projects/initiatives, ensuring continuous optimisation of the digital customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Overseeing successful delivery

Oversee successful delivery and implementation of solutions, including acceptance criteria, testing, and release activities.

8+ years in insurance or financial services

Proven experience in the insurance or financial sectors.
