Acting as a senior adviser and Company Secretary to the Board and Board Committees and supporting statutory, fiduciary and governance obligations.

Leading the evolution of CSL's governance framework, including Board and Committee charters, governance policies and related processes.

Monitoring governance developments

Monitoring governance developments, regulatory changes and emerging best practices.

Tertiary qualification in law
