You'll be responsible for

Leading enterprise planning and FP&A

Owning the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes while ensuring forecast accuracy and strong variance analysis.

Establishing KPI governance

Establishing and governing enterprise KPI frameworks aligned to company strategy, ensuring consistency and integrity across metrics.
🚀

Driving strategic finance initiatives

Partnering with the CFO to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes and supporting capital allocation analysis and investment prioritization.

10+ years of finance experience

Proven background in progressive finance roles, especially in FP&A.
