Partnering with stakeholders

Partner with stakeholders across Digital Commerce and the broader business to scope, prioritise and deliver cross-functional initiatives.

Improving customer self-service

Support the ongoing evolution of Myer's customer self-service capabilities, including Help Centre enhancements and initiatives that improve the customer experience.
