You'll be responsible for

Managing complex employee matters
Overseeing diverse employee issues and providing expert advice on HR functions, including workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity, recruitment, and retention.👩🏫
Coaching and mentoring managers
Guiding managers on HR and employee relations matters to build their capability and confidence in handling employee issues.📜
Monitoring legislative changes
Keeping up-to-date with employment-related laws and ensuring compliance to protect both the organisation and its employees.What we're looking for

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
Possession of relevant HR or related qualificationsView
🕒
7–10+ years of HR management experience
Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and HR functionsView
