Setting and leading the Employee and Industrial Relations strategy, governance, and risk management in a complex unionised environment.📝
Leading negotiations
Leading enterprise bargaining strategy, negotiations, and agreement implementation to achieve desired outcomes.💬
Advising executives
Providing senior counsel on complex employee and industrial matters while coaching and uplifting leadership capability.Key criteria
