You'll be responsible for

Providing strategic advice

Offer strategic, commercially pragmatic advice on employment law matters in Australia and across APAC.

Advising on employment matters

Advise on day-to-day employment matters including performance management and regulatory issues.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Partner closely with People, Total Rewards, Finance and other key stakeholders to support growth.

Key criteria

⚖️

Admitted to practice in Australia

Possession of a valid legal practising certificate in Australia.

6+ years of employment law experience

Demonstrated experience as a practising employment lawyer, preferably in-house.
