Advising on employment matters

Guiding on day-to-day employment issues, including performance management, exits, and regulatory concerns, to support the workforce.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Partnering closely with People, Total Rewards, and Finance teams to support Canva's growth and evolving workforce model.

Key criteria

⚖️

Admitted to practice in Australia

Valid legal qualification to provide employment law advice.

6+ years of employment law experience

Demonstrated experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
